1. About the service
FinanceJobVault is a curated finance-job discovery and digital member-access service. It provides access to job information, application-organisation tools and a daily jobs digest for active members. Unless separately stated in writing, FinanceJobVault is not the employer and does not promise recruitment, interviews or placement.
2. Job listings and third-party information
Listings may be corrected, updated, paused, expired or removed. Job information may originate from public, employer or third-party sources and can become stale. Employers and external job platforms control vacancies, application processes and hiring decisions. FinanceJobVault does not guarantee that a role remains open, that a third-party application page works, that every listing detail is complete, or that an employer will respond, interview or select you.
3. Application process
Application destinations and instructions are provided as copyable information. FinanceJobVault does not automatically submit applications, collect third-party passwords, or promise access to a third-party hiring system.
4. 7-day trial and membership continuation
New eligible members may start a 7-day full-access trial by making a ₹5 refundable verification payment. The trial provides the same core member access as the monthly membership. Cancel during the 7-day trial and the ₹5 payment will be refunded. After the trial, membership renews at ₹210 per month through the authorised UPI AutoPay mandate unless it is revoked before renewal. The recurring charge and trial terms are shown at checkout before authorization.
5. Membership plans and billing
Monthly membership renews at ₹210/month after the trial through the authorised UPI AutoPay mandate. One-time plans are also available at ₹540 for 90 days and ₹900 for 180 days. The ₹900 / 180-day plan includes the daily jobs digest free for that membership period. Any recurring membership cancellation after the trial stops future renewals while access continues through the already-paid billing period, subject to the cancellation policy. Manage or revoke the recurring mandate directly in your UPI app.
6. Daily email digest
The daily jobs digest is an optional ₹50 email-only add-on for active members. Once activated, it stays active for as long as your current membership is active. One combined email is sent at 11:30 PM IST with all openings posted that day, showing Role, Company, Experience and Location, plus a direct link to full details on FinanceJobVault. The 180-day ₹900 membership includes the daily digest free of charge for the membership period. No WhatsApp or instant job notifications are sent.
7. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable control of your account credentials and devices. FinanceJobVault permits one active session per account; signing in on another device ends the prior session. Do not share your account to defeat access controls. We may require reasonable verification before handling account, deletion, payment or grievance requests.
8. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully. You must not scrape, systematically copy, resell, redistribute, expose protected member-only information, interfere with the service, probe access controls, use another person's account, or attempt to obtain paid content without authorization.
9. Intellectual property and third-party content
FinanceJobVault owns or licenses its software, brand and original editorial material. Employer names, logos, job descriptions and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. We may edit, restrict or remove content following a valid rights, privacy, fraud or accuracy concern.
10. Payments and authorization
Payments are processed through Razorpay. You authorize the payment of the exact amount shown at checkout. FinanceJobVault may place an order in a pending state until payment is securely confirmed with the payment provider.
11. No guarantee of employment outcome
Payment purchases digital access/service time. It does not buy a job, interview, employer response, application submission or placement outcome.
12. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, access-control bypassing, non-payment or conduct that materially harms the service or other users, subject to applicable law. Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
13. Refund and cancellation
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. FinanceJobVault does not offer discretionary refunds once the paid service period has started. This does not waive a non-waivable legal right or prevent correction/refund of verified duplicate or erroneous charges or an unresolved successful-payment/service mismatch where required.
14. Support and grievances
Users can submit a support or grievance ticket and receive a ticket number for tracking. Use the support page to submit your concern and keep your ticket number for follow-up.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinanceJobVault is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses outside the scope of a legally actionable breach, or for third-party employer/platform decisions or outages.
16. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse the operator for direct losses or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the service, fraud, deliberate access-control bypass, or infringement of third-party rights through your conduct.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any jurisdiction provision is subject to mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdiction.
18. Acceptance
Before purchasing, the customer must affirmatively accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The consent checkbox is intentionally not pre-selected.
